David Mikes established 4 Gen Homes with a desire to work directly with families who aspire to build their dream home. Born in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, David and his family moved to the Phoenix area at the age of four. He attended and graduated from Arizona State University, earning his bachelor’s degree in marketing. Upon graduation, he immediately went to work in the home-building industry where he gained hands-on experience in multiple aspects of the custom home building and remodeling process including residential concrete and asphalt, landscaping, tile and stonework, flooring and design.
His practical experience in all aspects of custom home design and construction provides David with a seldom-seen big picture point of view. David has a great passion for what he does to not only build and design, but to also help families create their own homes for generations to come.
